Electronic Principles by Malvino does a good job of explaining how different circuits work. It has extensive coverage of different types of op-amp circuits that is especially useful. As a sometime physics teacher, if I were going to teach an electronics lab I would probably recommend this book to my students as a supplement to whatever textbook /5(93). Electronic Principles is written for electronics students who have done course work in basic DC/AC circuit analysis, along with algebra and trigonometry prerequisites. The book gives clear, accessible coverage of basic electronics concepts in the first half of the book, then applies these to the important electronic circuits and devices most.
Electronic principles by Albert Paul Malvino; 16 editions; First published in ; Subjects: Electronics, Electronic apparatus and appliances, Elektronik, Einführung, Problèmes et exercices, Électronique. In order to understand even the simplest concepts of electronics, you must first understand what electricity is. After all, the whole purpose of electronics is to get electricity to do useful and interesting things. The concept of electricity is both familiar and mysterious. We all know what electricity is, or at least have a rough [ ]. In this book John Bird introduces electrical principles and technology through examples rather than theory - enabling students to develop a sound understanding of the principles needed by technicians in fields such as electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunications. No previous background in engineering is assumed, making this an ideal text for vocational 5/5(1).
